Food was ok but when we asked for ketchup we got 6 packs for 2 kids meals and 3 adult meals and napkins LMAO (we got 4 whole... napkins)!!The guy working the window just looked and acted like he hated his job so bad. Don?t know why they want to be stingywith Condiments. Read more
Pulled in the drive thru. Only car and was told Ill be with you in a moment. No one ever was. I parked and went in. 1 person... finishing at the counter and 2 people in the dining room. WHY did i have to wait in the drive thru? The cashier walked away fromthe counter to go assenble the order she just took. No acknowledgment at all. She never came back. A different person finallytook my order. There was at least 7 employees that i counted. They outnumbered the customers. Why was the service so bad? Read more
As you walk in the door you hear a load, load lady (the MOD) creaming I want a friendly face and smiles. And the creaming... continues as we stood at the counter waiting to order. Went unto the restrooms right after they were "cleaned", literal waited for them to finish. Toilets were not flushed and still... found trash in the floor. Aftwrwards ordered fries and a soda the soda was flat- not the standard mcdonalds crisp and fries werebland/missing their "M" of saltiness or not stirred afterwards to transfer. Also was surprised how, though was a while I wasthere mobile order, the length of time I needed to wait for just these 2 items and noone inside the store in front of my order. Read more

Did a Mobile order inside and they would set orders down on the counter and not shout the number out. They were just standing... around talking and not paying attention to their orders. I went up there twice and on the 2nd time a worker said, "the number ison the cup". Well the cup was turned around and I was not aware. I did not feel comfortable looking through what could be someone else's order. Poor customer service and the food wasn't warm. Read more
