I was driving through and got hungry so stopped for late dinner even though there was a long like, like usual. The drive-thru... lady was super friendly even when I was trying to change part of my order after placing it. Definitely not disappointed. Read more
Drive Thru ordering was smooth. Person taking orders was loud and clear but still sounded polite. Seems like management handed... us the food at the window.. she was polite and well dressed for work. Idk if all Whataburger ask for names but this locationdid. I guess they double down on accuracy with the name to make sure the correct order goes to the correct customer. Read more
This Whataburger needs to teach other WBs how to do it right!! Probably the best Whataburger I?ve had in a LONG time!! Super... fresh bun. Hot juicy burger patty. Cold, fresh veggies served with hot fries!! The staff was fast and friendly, but moreimportantly accurate on the order. The restaurant was clean and appeared to be well kept. On road trips, when there?s all thefast food that ?will do?? this Whataburger does it right! They need to come to the Houston area and re-train all the locationsthat have forgotten how it should be done! Read more

Always great food. Young lady was standing in the sun at the drive through taking orders was very nice. Order took a while... to get, but the fries were hot and crispy. Worth the wait. 08/02/22. Long wait and only a few cars in front of me. Not surewhat they bought, but it took forever to make. I had the new blue cheese bacon burger. I didn't know it was double meat. Tasted great, but I had to share with my puppy. Too much for me. Read more

Amazing experience at this particular Whataburger! The entire staff was friendly and professional which is not generally... something you experience at a majority of restaurants much less at fast food. The meal was excellent. I will definitely returnagain and again to this Whataburger in Refugio Tx. Outstanding job! Read more
