I visited yesterday, the staff member taking order was very polite and every time I was treated in good manner but last week... their general manager (written on name tag). He was taking my order while talking to someone on earphones and he did not listento me and I have to repeat my order thrice and he punched the wrong order when I tried to correct him, he shouted on me in frontof other customers. I just had a terrible experience at this A&W location. One of the employees told me my food was ready, so I took my package and... headed to a table in the food court. When I was just seating I got surprised by that employee shouting at me saying that I hadgot the wrong package and I should know my name and don't take someone else's food. So he grabbed my package without asking meand walked away. I went back to the restaurant to get my food and when it was ready he rudely repeated that I should know myname. That episode just ruined my lunch time. It was by far the worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life. Read more

Great service. And their burgers taste really good. My favorite are their sweet potatoe fries.

one of the staff clearly had a crush on me but I've always been too shy to roll with it. she's a sweetheart. I just come off as... dense. I hope it doesn't hurt her feelings. I'm just bad at smalltalk and she's mastered it. She's also an amazing staff member.I've never seen somebody work with customers so happily and energetically in a fast food place. she's the main reason I everwent there. great service. Read more
