Burned patties and orange juice was too strong. Can?t these people get anything right? What ever happened to quality and pride... in one?s work? I won?t be wasting my money at A&W anymore. The food really is good. But it?s pricey. Also the straws?. They don?t put ice in their root beer because it waters it down and... affects the taste greatly? but yet they use paper straws? makes their root beer taste like froth. Change your straws dammjt.Don?t have to be plastic but just not paper. Haha Read more
Service- Incredible. The employees were very nice and even with an 8 person large order, we got our food in no time. Quality-... the food was really good. But my o my their root beer is to die for. Read more
The worst drive thru service. Unlike say McDonald's where if someone ahead of you has an order that will take time to. fill,... they ask that person to pull to the side so the rest can go on with their lives Not here, you get to wait and have your timewasted. 13 minutes to get through with just 4 cars this trip. A&W has good burgers and great onion rings. Seriously, they have the best onion rings of just about any restaurant, fast food or... otherwise. The burgers are good as well, but a bit over-priced. I recommend either the Teen Burger or the Mozza Burger. Both arepretty filling and quite tasty. One thing to know, they don't supply ice for any of the drinks, sodas included. I get that forthe root beer, but for Coke and others, I would definitely prefer to have ice. I would recommend A&W over McDonald's or BurgerKing any day. Wendy's or In&Out would be a little stiffer competition. But, none of those can compete with the aforementionedonion rings. Read more
