Service was fine, but food was not good. My husband and my meal were both not good we only ate a small amount and discarded the... rest. We both left with a queasy feeling. We used to like it here, last time we came it was not good, haven't been in a longtime so tried again and still not good, we won't be back again there are so many better options if you're reading these reviewslooking for somewhere yummy to eat! This girl who was my server was very unprofessional and was very rude. I think her name was taelynn. They didn?t give me my... drink within 20 minutes of asking for water. And not only that but they messed up my order. She was very rude about messing itup and wasn?t polite about fixing the mistake. I also know she was gossiping loudly about other staff in the lounge. Food was good...server was unsure of ot of things and the price that was on the daily specials board was not what we were... charged. So the server had to go back 3 times to get it sorted. The burbon steak and shrimp was priced at $23.99...we werecharged an additional $4.99 for the shrimp. We were also originally charged more for the steak n shrimp but the manager deductedsome $$, but the server informed us that she was told the prices had changed but not the sign. If I could rate less then a star I would. My burger was so greasy I could wring it out, fries were completely covered in pepper... that I couldn't even eat them. My fiancée s chicken bowl was way to spicy not flavourful just spicy and had hair in it. Thespinach dip tasted watered down and lemony not enjoyable at all. The only good thing we ate was the cheesecake for a $60 orderI'd expect way more. Read more
Had one of their "bowl" specials. I saw it advertised on TV and thought it was much cheaper. The ad was misleading so beware.... The food was delicious however. Had a lovely server who was just a delight. I was impressed to hear that they actually keeptrack of how much you drink and cut you off. I didn't know this was the law. Arrived here on Sunday afternoon and it wasn't very busy then. There was only one staff member managing everything but she was... doing a fab job. Took timely order, the drinks were served instantly. We ordered fish tacos and Bourbon chicken n shrimp, whereI replaced the side of mashed potatoes with onion rings(+$3.99 extra as per menu) The fish tacos were really good and so muchstuffing totally worth the price. The other item was not that great the entre` was still tasting okay but to my shock only 5onion rings were served. We ordered desserts and paid the bill and upon return noticed they charged $4.99 for the onion rings.Considering the mashed potato is worth just a dollar, that makes the 5 onion rings worth $6 which is more than $1 a piece. Andit's nya fine dine experience that I'm receiving that I'll pay that price. Outrageous and disappointed at the same time. I won'tbe back for sure. Read more
Our server was great. Our kiddo has medical food restrictions and cannot eat any of the main entrees on the kids menu. We were... able to build him a little meal out of the sides, with zero issue. It was so thoughtful and meant so much to our family! Such asmall gesture goes a long way! Our server was even thoughtful enough to ask what his restrictions were AND passed them along tothe server who took over when she had her own meal break AND the next server even thought to check about restrictions when weordered kiddo's dessert!!! We adults had the 2 for $45 meal deal and it didn't disappoint! The Tex Mex Shrimp Bowl was amazing(our server was so thoughtful to warn that it was spicy and asked if I liked cilantro...I don't and it was no problem to have itwithout), the steak was cooked great, and the melty lava cake was incredible... it was very tempting to lick the plate clean???? Havn' been here in a long time, had deep fried pickles were good, cheap beer on game days! Would come back.
