Well, after months of being a regular and getting good stuff from here, today everything changed. A new guy, I never saw before... with glasses made my burrito. Ignored my request for extra rice and salsa and every portion was small, still charged for alarge, but portions were way too small. Won't be returning due to this. Only one person works there and usually too busy filling SKIP orders to even bother to look at you. AND if you do finally get... around to being served they are generally unhappy while doing so. Read more
Food was good - service was less than expected. Menu has option to order online and designate a pick up time. I ordered and... paid online about 45 minutes prior to pickup time, however my meal was not prepared when I arrived. After 5 minutes I wasaddressed, and asked if I could wait a minute. I agreed. My and two other people's meals were prepared after all walk-incustomer orders were complete. 15 minutes later I received my meal. I was disappointed to spend almost half of my lunch hourwaiting to get food. I have used the pre-order service a couple of times without incident. Scared to try again as pre-ordersare at the last priority. Other more timely options are available. Everything I have ordered, has been so very good. The hot sauces are on point and delicious. They offer a few different sides as... well. Go there and give them a try if you haven't. If you have, go back and try something different, you won't be disappointed! Read more
Alright, I?ve been holding off on this review for about three months now hoping this location can turn it around. Alas, that is... not the case and the quality of service/food portions have continued to worsen. I have been eating at this location twice a weekfor approx 6 months now and these are some of my concerns: 1. The shorter East Indian lady with glasses is very rude to thepatrons. Her attitude continues to worsen every time I am there. There have been several occasions where other regulars and I(don?t know each other) look at each other laugh because she is so unpleasant it?s almost comical. 2. Portion sizes havedecreased and are generally sporadic. 3. The crunchy chicken and shrimp are often left in the fryer too long and come out veryover-cooked. I hate to leave a review like this because there was a time that this location was awesome! I hope they can turnit around! Read more
