Had an amazing experience yesterday at Boston Pizza! Food was amazing and service was outstanding! Our server Zack did a great... job in taking care of us while also showing my son a few magic tricks! We can tell that he wanted to give us the best experienceand left us with a perfect first impression on this location. An awesome place for a lunch or dinner. Staff is always great, never had any problems here. Dined in both the restaurant and... lounge, food is delicious. My favourite are cactus cuts well done. Keep being awesome south bps! Read more
My husband and I ordered food from them online for delivery at 625pm. At 745pm when nothing showed up, we called them to explain... what happened. They were condescending and refused to believe us. And refused to give a refund. The order was over 60$... Ihighly recommend you don't order from this place. Such a bad experience. Read more
Establishment was very clean, staff was very friendly, food & drinks were good at a good price. Only reason for not a 5 star... review was the over 5 minute wait to be seated in a restaurant with people at 1 table. 1 girl was on the phone taking an orderwhich is understandable, but the other girl did walk nearby once and then never returned for a couple of minutes. And I know 5minutes really isn't a long time, but just time yourself for 5 minutes and do nothing except wait for the time to be up, itdoesn't seem like a long time...unless you are standing and waiting lol. Another very minor thing (that had nothing to do withthe rating, but should be mentioned) is that I guess they do nothing for a birthday any longer. If I remember they used to doSOMETHING small for your birthday (free shot/drink, wings or appetizer etc), but I think covid killed that. We would go backagain for sure, just not anytime soon. It was my first tym here and to be very frank I heard about dis place too much for its pizzas but I went and order something... else and to my luck it turned out Yummy and of great value for money. Good food. Prices have gone up as with other restaurants. Friendly staff and fast service.
