Yesterday I had a whopper meal. The meat was cold, undercooked and anything but fresh. They didn't even heat/warm it properly. The manager was very rude and when a customer didn?t want to fight clearly the manager made a big deal it was super... uncomfortable and very unprofessional as a MANAGER. I wouldn?t recommend coming to this Burger King unless you want to be yelledat for asking for extra sauce. Read more

If I could I would give zero stars. Manager was incredibly rude, unprofessional and unethical towards her employees and caused... a scene while taunting and belittling her staff, in front of us customers! I was trying to enjoy a lovely meal with my husbandand two kids but this disruption was outrageous! I hope this toxic workplace improves for the sake of the poor employees. Read more
Worst customer service ever!!! The girl who works at night at the drive through has always been rude and it was the same last... night! We called her out on her behaviour but she was still very rude!!! I don?t understand how these people get to work incustomer service!!! One day can be bad but every single time!!!! The rudeness and audacity wanted me to tell her to quit her jobinstead of being there and working in customer service!!! I don?t believe the manager even cares!!! I will definitely take thisincident and complain wherever it would be heard!! And for the girl working the night shift, ? your arrogance and rudeness willkick you off at different situations in life so learn how to be kind and be polite when you talk to someone you are serving! We just went to south location and ordered two veggie burgers and one mozzarella stick at at around 1.15am.. After giving order... we asked how much is the total, the crew rudely said , ?I said come to the window?. When she gave the food , we asked dId yougive ketchup, she said no.. after asking for ketchup she just gave two! And we didn?t like her body language at all as if she isfavouring us or giving something to beggars! As we go to burger king frequently, we would expect a welcoming gestures andservice!
