Usually this place is good, and while the food is good I was not pleased with the service I had one evening. I came in at 10pm... looked at the sign it says it closes in dining at 12:00 on one, 11:00 on the other so I figured I had at least an hour to dinein after walking in the cold air for ten minutes. After placing the order I was not allowed to make my own fountain drink bystaff which was odd because the customer fountain seemed to be working well. I started to walk to the back to sit down, when astaff member yelled at me that the back area was closed, which seemed unnecessary. If the back is closed, then please just closeit off with chairs or signs, being yelled at makes me not feel very well due to suffering from RSD and trauma. Furthermore, theyhand me my meal and tell me to leave so that they can clean the floors. Which frustrated me a lot because there was an hourbefore in-dining was closed, and the service was still open to drive through until 3am. Now I had to walk back holding my foodin cold air, now my food won't be fresh nor warm and my drink be watered down from the ice because I was not allowed to make myown. It does not feel good to walk through a nasty wind just to be yelled at and kicked out when in-dining is still available aspar with one of the two signs outside. It would be simple if the posted hours were changed so that I do not come when the staffchooses that I am not allowed to dine there, and staff would simply close off the spaces that aren't available because again, Ido not like being yelled at. So I went during a weekday lunch hour. The line was a little long but I expected that because of the high schools and the... businesses nearby. What I didn't expect was that the bathrooms we're barricaded off and no one was allowed to use them. Notcool, especially during a busy lunch hour. I have been going to Burger King for breakfast for quite a while because they are pretty good except the last two times.... Yesterday I ordered the sausage with egg no cheese and repeated several times no cheese and both times the egg was removedand cheese added. I should have checked the order but I assumed saying it twice u should have it correct. I was wrong butwhat is truly sad is they don't care about there mistakes. I did call only to get a voice message and left a message with acall number. Never heard anything. It is truly sad that not just this place but other fast food restaurants have seemed to notcare on quality anymore. They want your money and it is sure expensive these days but quality and customer service has gone tothe no existence side. They never return calls when a complaint is made so that truly tells me they got my money and who caresis there attitude. This places should take a lesson from our past when restaurants were family owned and they carried what theclients felt and corrected there mistakes because a happy client gave great reviews and that is how business in the old dayssurvived by word of mouth. So raise a glass to the past and to the this place and other restaurants put your clients first andprofits second. When you show you care people will recommended your place. Read more
