The staff were very nice and friendly. The manager was criticizing the staff for making my dessert orders higher than the... height of the cup they are served in. He ranted about ?profitability? and threatened staff member hours if they didn?t comply. Luckily in Calgary, DQ staff make the product presentation to match the commercials. Slowest drive thru I have ever gone thru. Not many cars and waited well over half hour. I was also the 2nd car in line and went... because it didn't have a line up. It has been like this everytime I do the drive thru. Inside seems good though and the food isalways fine as well. The lady at the till had no clue how to ring in a coupon on both occasions I went. The burger was ok but the blizzard tasted... like they dumped a can of pumpkin filling in the machine with no ice cream. The blizzard was also mostly melted before I leftthe store. The owner blamed app the issues on the system which was "new and only the usa had them and only 1 store had it inRegina" although one would think the newest store in Regina would have them.
