In fact, I really want comment 3 Star but because the service attitude and error correction are very timely, I reluctantly give... it to the four stars, hoping that when I come here again in the future, I can experience a different experience. By the way,today is Saturday I know, the restaurant is busy, I can understand, and I admit that because my expression of needs is notperfect, the waiter misunderstands me and serves the wrong food. But I can't accept that, The dishes of my two friends and Iwere confused. For example, friend A ordered French fries, but the French fries appeared on friend B's plate, and the Blue steakI ordered appeared on friend A's plate. Well I came here again after two years. What an amazing Thanksgiving experience! We came out to spend Thanksgiving Sunday Dinner at Earls as we heard stories of their... fantastic dinner service for the holiday. We were welcomed by friendly staff and promptly seated once our reservation wasconfirmed. The staff ensured our Thanksgiving Meals were secured as it was a very popular option and ours was the last 2 mealsleft by 7:00 PM. The turkey was perfectly balanced against the dressing with gravy-covered mashed potatoes and cranberry sauce.But the surprise hit for both of us was the roasted squash! Simply a massive win for the Chef! So subtle, but whatflavours!!! Our simple 1 hour Dinner lasted over 2 hours as we lengthened our meal due to the atmosphere, the conversationswith the servers, and the feeling of an enjoyed, relaxed experience. The Regina South Earls is the best. Their staff is kind, friendly, and courteous. Today, I had the Mother Earth bowl and it was... delicious. There was one order which got mixed up but the server immediately made the correction and was extremely apologeticand the General Manager even came to ensure our table was happy . I visited this place a couple weeks ago by recommendation of a co worker and I had a great experience. I ordered the chicken... street tacos and they were made perfectly. Id like to add that the service from Alex was great, he made really good suggestionsfor drinks and was very professional. Read more

Stylish, good food, good drinks, good service, but disappointed with the seating service. Arrived at 6pm Sat. Many available... tables and bar seats, but the lobby full and we had to wait 20 minutes to be seated. We were there 1.5 hrs and during that timethe same available tables stayed open. I assume they were reservations? Although it didnt say on any of the tables. I think weand others could have been seated sooner and you'd have made more revenue on turning over more tables. Read more
The food was good, service needs to be worked on. I have been there many times when it was packed and had much better service,... it was a slower night with many staff standing around and the service was very lacking. Had to try and flag down our server fromconversation with her co-workers for drinks, never came back to check on us after we received our meals, and wait over 20 minafter we asked for our bill from another server walking by. I don't normally visit chain restaurants & to be honest Earl's has never been a favourite. However this last time, changed my... mind. The service was friendly. The drinks were delicious & the clam chowder was one of the best I've had in any restaurant. TheChicken Alfredo my partner had was also surprisingly tasty.
