My friends and I wanted to grab breakfast and we voted to go to Fresh & Sweet. The servers were friendly enough. A few downsides... were: for your first-time, it might be a little confusing navigating the process because the menus aren't on the table andnobody informed us that the menus were at the front counter. It's best to get the French toast. I ordered the Red Velvetpancakes as a sweet option and it was neither sweet nor red velvety. Visited this place for the first time Sunday October 2. I've heard mixed reviews from people but decided to meet some friends... for breakfast. Ordered the eggs Benedict and it was completely underwhelming. First of all, fried eggs on a Benny when the menuclearly states they are poached. I could have got past that, had the eggs not been horribly chewy from being overcooked. Second,the potatoes are just awful. Greasy and absolutely zero seasoning. The salt you see is what I added. Third, the ham under theovercooked eggs (unfortunately forgot to take a picture) was gross and had gelatinous pockets of fat. Also sort of minor, but Iordered coffee and was brought just that. Had to request a spoon and cream from the waitress after flagging her down afterwards.So did the gentleman behind me. For a $22 breakfast I will not be back. I will also never recommend it to anyone. You?ve gotta eat here! Everything is delicous, whether you get sweet or savoury.. or a combination of both!! I got the peachy... bacon melt with mango salad. It was all fresh and delicious. Got it to go! Read more
We were in Regina for a wedding for 3 days, and we ate there on the 1st day, and loved it so much we went back on the 3rd day!... Amazing food and the staff was so nice! I very much recommend! I wish we had one in Lethbridge :( Read more
Amazing place. You have to eat here... the I Won't Need Lunch with the White chocolate Banana Bread French toast was the way to... go. The Kids drinks were amazing the barista was out of this world. Read more
Fresh & Sweet has a lovely breakfast/Lunch menu with lots of variety without overwhelming you with too many choices. It?s also a... great place to go with kids, including toddlers. Our 7 month old had his first public ?high chair? experience here. The staff issuper warm and helpful. We?ll definitely be visiting here again. Read more
Went to Fresh & Sweet for brunch, very nice servers and service. Tried the French toast, apple pie waffles, mimosas and Carmel... macchiato. All very good and tasty. Would recommend! Read more
