Bought a Cobb salad today. They have substituted shredded mozza for the blue cheese and tanch dressing instead of the... vinegarette, which in my mind are some of the things that make a cobb a cobb salad. No mention was made of this. I of coursewould not have ordered this salad if I had known before hand but didn't notice until I got back to work. Got a strawberry and banana smoothie here today. I'm really not sure how anyone can mess that up... mine tasted like burnt... plastic combined with motor oil. If this is what they serve people, I would HIGHLY recommend nobody eat here ever. Honestly love the menu variation but for some reason staff hasn't been wearing PPE during a pandemic and there has been a... drastic change in the value. When I say no PPE I mean, no mask, no gloves, and no sanitization between customers. I workdowntown and frequent the foodcourt often. After being open for a couple of weeks I see they are finally wearing PPE, so I orderthe tortilla soup that I have had multiple times. The broth was so bland it was like eating rice in water. I paid $15 for riceand water. Not sure if there was a change in management or in the menu, but the food doesn't even seem worth the pricepointanymore nevermind the lack in health and safety standards. Read more
I've had this bowl a dozen of times at other locations and it was much fresher. The vegetable seem a bit wilted but it really... was the attitude of the workers. The cash wasn't working correctly so I had to wait a few minutes for them to restart the cash.Then my bill did not print correctly and all I had was my debit receipt. However when the lady who prepared my bowl handed ittho me, I said Thank you and she just turned around and kept working. Very rude and probably why in a packed food court theywere not busy. I paid $16 for a fast food wrap and a bottle of iced tea... yikes. Over-priced and didn?t taste different from anything a person... could make at home. I gave them two stars for the kind staff who stopped me from ordering a ?side soup? because they?re infactmeal size. So a wrap and a soup would?ve been way too much food for one. I appreciated the honesty. Tortilla was very dry andchewy though... overall very poor value for your money... Read more
I ate the Freshii TexMex Burrito for the 1st time. Situated in Corwall Center Food Court. And though it was tasty and fresh, I'm... only given it a 3 stars because I feel this was misleading advertisement. I choose the TexMex based on the picture showed abovethe counter on screen (see pic) but when I got to the cashier and said that I wanted the Tex Mex, she then asked me if I wantedany protein added (ie: chicken, steak ect.) I said: "I want chicken, your advertisement shows that the Tex Mex comes withchicken!" She then gave me some sort explanation. I had been waiting in line and taken time to look at their screen menu todecide, this is what I was going to eat. So when I realized chicken or any other "protein" was going to cost me extra... I justfelt played and cornered. And yes I could have left, nobody was holding me hostage. But I had already taken a lot of timewalking around the food court, at that point, I was tight with time. I couldn't afford to (time wise) to look for somethingelse, so I ended up paying an extra amount to get a burrito, I initially thought I was going to get for 8.99$. (+ tax). Thatmessed up the whole food experience. I ate it and though (like I said earlier in my comment) it was good, I didn't appreciate mymeal as I should have because of that. So beware and ask questions before you make any choices on those burritos becauseclearly, that advertisement is misleading. I also came across a colleague who fell for the EXACT same trap.
