The service so poor. I wud never recommend anyone. Once I went there for a burger, which tasted not good and asked for napkin... and the sales person told me the napkins are expensive so they give only one napkin. what!!!!!! Another day I went there andbought a simply apple 340ml juice which cost me $4.66. What!! I could buy 1.5L juice for that money. They said the reason forthat is because they are in that building which didn't seem to be ethical business practice to me. Read more
I ordered a drink and asked if I can have this drink without ice. The lady there said yes and nothing else. Later, what I... received was only half cup of beverage. The reason is since the other half is the ice, so this is what I ordered ?. Ok, that?salright, that?s what I ?asked?. So I asked again, if they could fill the cup with water? The lady opened her fridge, poured insome water from a almost finished bottle and don?t even bother to open another bottle to fill my cup (it only got like 3/4)?Themost regret part was I even included tips when I made the payment. Today I was there.The chicken salad was given to me without any sauces. When I opened it I was wandering why. But sales person... just told 'sorry, we don't have any'. So I ate just raw weeds with meat instead of salad. Very disappointed such poor service indowntown. Won't recommend this place. Read more
My favourite thing about this location is their friendly staff who always make me feel welcome with their smiles on their faces.... They pretty much know my order this point, and their service is always prompt. I appreciate the nondairy options for their milk,and the loyalty program is a good bonus, as well. Read more
Wholesome, healthy eats and smooth teas with pleasant coffee blends, for the on the go business man or woman. Good Earth has... been a staple in my walk for several decades when I was a resident in BC and now residing in the Queen city, I was grateful tosee it upon my return to the prairies. The Staff and atmosphere of the surrounding environment compliment each other, hey, itdoesn't get much better.....well; if they have any location's in Southern Ontario, Dang! Good Earth used to serve great coffee back in 2011-2012, unfortunately not anymore. I'd rate 2/5 for their coffee & 4/5 for... service. I love their muffins & brownies, yum! Read more
