The drive through person at midnight was extremely rude and promised the correct order as I reconfirmed it with him?.but when we... got home?..?? Wrong order on our burger condiments request!!! Definitely no stars! I think better training of all staff is needed, had to repeat my order 3 times then had to correct her at... the window and was still given a burger with part of a tomatoe on after asking 4 times for no tomatoe, all around my burger wasmade very poorly. We ordered 4 meals and were only given 2 straws. Staff need to do better at those drive thru windows, they arevery unprofessional. Communication goes a long way! Read more
This is honestly the worst McDonalds in Regina. This is the 3rd time we have been where our wait from ordering to getting our... food was almost 30 minutes in the drive thru. When we did receive our order, none of it was correct. Missing items, no napkinsor straws, wrong sandwich... Steer clear of this location. Read more
literally disgusting and poor service as well. came here prior and large fries were half empty, decided to try it again and boy... do we regret that. we showed the girl working at the till the photos of the last time we were here, not to get free food but tomake sure that they filled our freaking fries this time and we were greeted by the rudest manager ever. she absolutely didn?tcare and was being very short with us. the girl at the till had the audacity to ask if we were lying about the fries we got lasttime when we showed them a picture. why would we lie about fries?? we were just asking for them to be filled all the way. likeMA?AM have you read the reviews for your restaurant??? they aren?t cute babe. anyways got our chicken sandwiches they were dry,cold and bread was stale. like i?m not expecting much i know this is just a mcdonald?s but COME ON at least try to make aneffort at your customer service and food standards. Well McDonald's the only restaurant that bags disappointment and you keep going back. From missing items, no sauces, cold food... and sometimes getting the absolute wrong order. We keep going back because it's easy and fast. Which is why it's so maddeningwhen a few things are wrong. I have gotten coupons for free meals but I've stopped reporting the mistakes because no matter howmany times I report there is always something wrong. Read more
