I Ordered 2 McFlurrys and waited quite a bit.when I got the McFlurry i tried it and something was off About it. it tasted... expired or something it had a very funky taste. We went up to the counter and told the workers who then blamed another workerbecause he made it and said they couldn?t do anything then we waited for the manger to come speak to us and she preceded to saywhat?s wrong with it and we told her and she said it?s made the same way as always and wouldn?t do anything about it. Theydidn?t say sorry or anything to help. The manger was being very sassy and rude when talking to me.There was also a bag with thisred stuff in it under a McFlurry machine and leaking on the floor. We didn?t want anything but they could have offered to make anew one or refund us or just anything in general. I wanted to tell them for the next person so they don?t have to go what I wentthrough. Every time I?ve been here, it?s horrible service with people I can?t understand or they have attitude, and they always mess up... my order in some way! Tonight I got the most plain and old fries! I?ve had many times with no straw or no sauce and fries areold a lot of the time, only reason I keep going is because it?s close to my house but I now will go out of my way to go to afurther McDonald?s for better food and service!! Went in to order one burger. ONE. Ordered thru the big screen machine. Waited for over 20 minutes to receive the burger. Only 3... kitchen staff. One working drive thru , one making food and one handing out food. Seriously short on staff !! This McDonald?s is the worst one in the city. Always lined up and the employees have no idea what?s going on. Came here on... Tuesday night for dinner and the drive through was lined up 6 cars and didn?t move for 10 minutes, so I went in. Shouldn?t haveto wait 20 minutes for a fast food dinner. The staff is very unprofessional and confrontational. The tables are filled with garbage, condiments splattered all over the... tables and not just one, every table. They don't wear gloves and the Big Mac I got had hardly any lettuce or anything else on itit was pretty much plain. The night staff horrible and gross looking. This was Tuesday August 30th at 8:45 so if you're workingon that day you need to take a shower and put on some gloves. Read more
Visited 0940 this morning, placed an order, took 15-20 min to even come close to my order and there was only a few people inside... waiting before me, first the printer at the self service kiosk gave me an error so I didn?t know what my order was, then afterwaiting said length of time, got told it would break them if they made my order which was breakfast burritos. Like how hard isit to make burritos??! Worst service I?ve seen in a while and watching them work is unbelievable. Unorganized and the lady whodealt with me was rude. They forgot my straw and I asked for Mayo packets they charged me 80 cents for 4 and I only got two. Wasn't going to drive back... over 40 cents and I have straws because the paper straws don't last long enough to enjoy any sized beverage. So me and my friends went here to get some food, it took them a while to make our food but i looked past that. I ordered a... mcflurry and when i got it, it tasted really weird. My friends tried it to and they said it tasted expired. It tasted sour andfunky.. we went up to the counter to get a new one and they said they "couldnt do anything" or give us a refund.
