First time in Regina ,Saskatchewan for work. Was craving steak....had the 14 oz with gaucho style + lobster tail , the house... made red wine extremely smooth...enjoyed it very much. Went for supper with the family on a Friday night. We were seated quickly, things started off quite nicely. Drinks were prompt,... order taken fairly quickly. Then I didn’t see our waitress for roughly 30 mins. Drinks ran out, when our waitress finally didshow up, she was friendly enough but nothing that left an impression. Food came out, my kids food was fine, my husbands wassatisfactory. My steak was underdone, now as a Mom, I rarely send back food, but this was so chewy and raw I couldn’t eat it.So back it went. Never seen my waitress again for a long time. I had to call the hostess over to ask for water for the kids. Afew minutes later I was out of luck as I couldn’t find someone to get me napkins when my son puked. Finally my food came outand the steak still wasn’t great but I didn’t have time to say anything as I boxed up and paid. This is unfortunate as itwas one of our more preferred family restaurants for an evening out. Read more

Sign said wait to be seated but you don’t actually think when it’s not busy that you’re gonna be sitting there for 5+... minutes. Medium rare steak does not mean well done. For the price I expected it to at least be cooked properly. Food was lukewarm, it wasn’t even busy. Taste was good thankfully. Heard the servers beside the kitchen chit chatting like a day inhighschool. Didn’t bother mentioning any of it. When you go to sit on the benches you think that there’s food in Lord knowswhat else on it but it’s just the benches material is peeling off and it’s very unsightly. Our server Rayne was pretty good.The rest of the experience was meh. The other thing that I noticed is that every staff member that walked by had there cellphone in their back pocket so if you’re looking for anything even remotely close to a fine dining experience even on therestaurant side might want to reconsider and go somewhere else. A fun and casual place to enjoy a good meal and one of my favourite desserts. Their sticky toffee pudding is the best in... Saskatchewan, hands down. After enjoying the summer platter that consists of sirloin steak, garlic prawns with avocado andspiced tenders, my buddy and I were ready for the dessert. Unfortunately, this time, it was unavailable. Our waitress Whitneywas exceptional in every way and she suggested the cheesecake, which was delicious. She also gave us both a card to give us afree sticky toffee pudding the next time we came back. Very unhappy with the total experience. Ordered a medium rare steak, came as medium well. Told the waitress about the overcooked... steak and received the response "well, it will take awhile to cook another, do you just want a bit taken off your bill" Not surewhat a "bit" is. We explained what we ordered and wanted the cook steak properly. She returned later with no apologies and saidI will come back and make sure it is right. It was cooked properly, but never returned until it was almost finished. Again noapologies and no accountability. When she returned with the bill she tried to overcharge us by 70$ for the meal, when I said thebill is wrong the reply was "oh good eye" and again no apologies. Not sure this was an "inputting" error or not. Been to MrMike's many times and it always been good, unfortunately I will not be back. There are many restaurants in the city that offerbetter customer experience and accountability. Wasted our time, money and evening out, as we were unable to eat together. Read more
