Best Mr.sub I?ve been too. I only go to this location. Needs a 10/10, 5 just isn?t enough. Staff are polite and friendly, they... are very quick an efficient. I love how I know the veggies are always fresh, the owner has even said he gets all her producelocally and donates old bread to a local farmer. Even when it?s busy and lined up, it?s 100% worth the wait; which feels likenothing. My kids ask to eat there at least twice a week. They would every day if they could. I forgot why I don't go to this location and went to buy subs for my family. When we got home we all had the same reaction after... the first bite and i remembered why----the bread was very stale. It had that awful mold taste. No one could eat them. I thoughtit was just my harvest wheat bread, but the white bread the kids had was the same. I forgot this location keeps their bread fordays. We had the same subs from the Victoria Ave. location twice last week and they were awesome! Read more
First time to visit this location and I am very impressed at the staff's pleasant demeanour. He made us feel he values our being... there, was patient as we decided on our toppings, and just kept smiling all throughout the order and checkout process. Pleasekeep up the great customer service! Hours on building and google say open until 8, showed up at 745 and she ran to the window to turn the hour sign off as I walked... in and told me they were closed at 730 and I didn?t have my phone to check and as I walked out she locked the door and anotherperson was about to walk in and was annoyed also that they were closed. Unacceptable, I used to work at a mr sub as a storemanager for years and I know for a fact the owner would not be happy about closing early and turning away potential customers. UPDATE: I contacted the manager (as requested) as the owners were out of country. He stated they were very sorry but offered no... compensation for the sub that was incorrectly made with "hotsauce". ?? I have been going to this Mr. Sub for years, since itwas built. Tonight, for the second time, I left upset. I ordered 1 assorted sub and 2 pizza subs. The girl working was rude,condescending, and SLOW as molasses. It took over 45 minutes to get my 3 subs. She rudely questioned me on how I was orderingmy assorted sub, and on one of my pizza subs I asked for ham instead of salami (I can't eat salami and have ordered this way foryears) and she rudely said "that is a ham sub, not a pizza sub". I said it is a pizza sub (pizza sauce, cheese, ham) with haminstead. She argued and then charged me Xtra for the cheese. She never asked if I wanted them heated. On top of it, I asked forextra spicy sub sauce and mayo on the assorted sub and she put extra HOT SAUCE. My husband could not even eat his sub. I will befinding myself another location. Read more
Went in to get a couple subs at 6:30PM. The young lady working solo killed it. Great service, helpful, friendly and made a... stellar sub. The sub itself was very tasty. The bread and ingredients were super fresh. The sauce was on point. Don't know howit could get any better. A++. Would recommend Read more
