My husband and I went for a date night, and they delivered on expectations wonderfully! We were immediately seated upon arrival... (we had a reservation) and immediately offered a wine sample. Our server was prompt and knowledgeable of the menu. Items arrivedwell timed, piping hot, and were paired perfectly with our drink choices. We had the mozzarella to start, entrees with thechicken and gnocchi soup to start, and a chocolate dessert, plus one alcoholic beverage each, for just under $120. We were veryimpressed. Had a wonderful experience at olive garden, I didn’t give 5 star because the server was too pushy and was trying to upsell too... much, We had our plan to eat and drink but she was suggesting too many different items and the items which we wanted to try wereout of stock,,but overall good experience. Our server Matt was quick to bring us everything we asked for, and was especially understanding of our needs with two young... children along. Let's start with the good. And that's your staff. Super friendly helpful and go over the top with kindness. They all deserve a... raise. Now for the negative do not order the 4 stuffed shells. They are frozen and terrible. Mine came out freezer burnt andthe cheese had a gritty texture instead of a melted texture, they were a tough dough. This should be removed from the menu. Youcan not sell freezer burnt merchandise to paying customers. And to the cooks if you know ifs frozen and its always a complaintand you won't eat it your self don't send it out. The customer service is absolutely wonderful. Whenever our server noticed we were low on breadsticks she would bring us more. Wow!! Went for an unplanned Thanksgiving dinner yesterday at Olive Garden and it was awesome.. They are very strict about... vaccination and ID check (which is lawful and they are doing a great job). Coming at food, every item that we ordered were morethan satisfactory!! We ordered the following: 1. Chicken and shrimp carbonara (side - soup, they give you unlimited refills) **Soups are great, do refill. 2. Herb grilled salmon (side - salad, they give you unlimited refills for any sides ornon-alcoholic beverages) 3. Pumpkin Cheesecake (Fall / Halloween special, for limited time) 4. Italian Margarita Lovelypresentation, very warm welcome and service by our server. Everything tasted superb. They also have a complimentary wintertasting is you wish for.. Highly recommended.. Excellent meal tonight at Regina Olive Garden. The service was good and the food, hot and fresh. We had a small issue with one... of our meals and the server asked the manager to come over. She was so very nice. There was no question about the issue...it was'we want you to be comfortable' and so replaced the meal AND comped it. Totally unasked for and certainly not needed but verymuch appreciated. We don't have the Olive Garden in Ontario so it was a special treat to be able to eat here.
