Restaurant is very much in disrepair and not taken care of at all. There were broken tables and seats with just a sign "do not... sit here". The men's bathroom door wouldn't physically close so it couldn't be used. The soda machine was out of almost everyflavor except diet coke. Very poor customer service. Run away !! I gone to the Popeyes for some chicken yesterday 8:00 PM and both the boy cleaning the... floor and the supervisor shown a pitty face over us. The boy act like he owns the restaurant and made my friend wait for 5minutes to just use the bathroom. I asked why they closed the drink filling machine before customers leave he said he don't knowask the supervisor. The workers need to know the customers are their source of income and not their beggers. These employeesprobably need to know what the word "customer friendly" means. Read more

Aug 18 eve. Nobody in drive thru line, still waited 10 mins before somebody took my order. Waited 15 mins for my food out front.... Employee locked the front door at 8pm so nobody could get inside (to order or even pick up the food we already paid for). Therewas only 1 person eating inside. Was cussed out in drive thru and honked from behind for making a takeout order for my family of 4. Guy was losing it and being... ridiculous and manager came out and explained to him I could take my time and wait his turn. Can't hear when your honkinganyways. Manager offered me complimentary things and apologized. I told him it wasn't his fault and thankful for the way hehandled it. Upclass crew, very impressed. Read more

Went through drive thru. Ordered classic chicken sandwich combinations. Automatically put fries and coke without asking and... tried rushing me through with no one else in line. Finally allowed me to tell what sides and drink we wanted. When checkingour order there were no straws for the drinks and no napkins and this is what they gave us for an order of onion rings.Thoroughly disappointing.
