Tried to buy a bag of Christmas blend beans, a venti cold brew and a pumpkin scone. The sign on the beans said 30% off of ... holiday blend beans and holiday merchandise with purchase of hand-crafted beverage. They wouldn't give me the discount, claimingcold drinks weren't considered hand-crafted. For the small amount this would have saved me, they lost out on a $20 bag of beans.Asked for a refund. Their overpriced beans can go stale for all I care. Bad customer service. UPDATE: Two separate Starbuckscustomer service agents got in touch with me the same day to resolve the problem. They told me the employees at this locationwere in the wrong and they would be contacting the location manager. They have mailed a $5 gift card out to me. Very slow, never get my Starbucks points right. When I order a coffee and also need reload money in my App, they reload the... difference and I do not get my points this way, and they just do get it. Almost every time takes15-20 min to get a coffeebecause the system is not loading. :O Read more
Guys, you really need to hire people! It is Saturday, busy location, huge line and 1 barista who is awfully slow.
