Waited 15 minutes for a very simple drink inside the store, while I watched MANY vehicles in drive-thru get their order AFTER my... arrival. I usually go through the drive-thru but because I had a huge truck but I decided to have an in-person experienceinstead. That was my the last time I?m ever going there. Read more

I went to Starbucks today and I'm having a hard time mentally and emotionally. Like always they were sweet and I let them decide... what to make me. Honestly felt like a warm hug and made me cry happy. I'm going to miss going there often. Thank you for being agreat team every time. I appreciate it very much! Read more

I don't generally write reviews, but I think it's important to note, that at this location, this is the ONLY starbucks I have... ever been to, who said "No" when I asked for a drip coffee refill. I have the app on my phone, but was told I need to show agold card. I have a gold card on my phone, and was still denied. I went back and sat down to continue my work. An employeethen came to explain to me why I was told no. I continued to explain that i have a gold card on my phone. I am glad that I waseventually offered a refill, who carries physical cards anymore, when we have the starbucks app? Overall, it's not a good ideato tell a customer "No" who spends hundreds at starbucks and is doing everything properly. Tim Hortons in Regina is lookingpretty good about now... Read more

I enjoy their coffee but the reason for the one star rating I purchased a travel mug, paid over$30 and was assured it was great... for hot beverages. Well that's not correct so I'm stuck with an expensive mug I'll likely never use. Read more

A good Starbucks. If the drive through line up extends to, or almost to the parking lot, it will be faster to go inside. Very... personable staff. A few know me by voice and order. Read more
