I go here essentially every morning. This morning I was very pleasantly surprised. I was there around 9:35-9:40 am on Sept 8th.... The lady in the window was very excellent. Her name was Nicole. She was very interactive and friendly. I overheard herconversation with the children in front of me and it absolutely made my day, when I came up to the window she was so friendly!An absolutely lovely young lady! She deserves a raise! Normanview location: Overall, good staff and usually follow the instruction for customized drink. Although, last visit, the... drive thru employee was laughing thru the intercom which caused her to miss the instructions, and the drinks were made wrong(wasted money). I bought 4 Green tea Frab, and ask one of them half sugar and no whipped cream for my coworker who is on a diet. Then I saw the... girl evenly pour all 4 drinks from 2 blenders, so I know one of them has to be wrong. When she cover the lid handed over thedrinks to me, I ask her which is half sugar, she pointed the one without whipped cream. Then I ask her how come two of the drinkcome from the same blender, she said :" right, they are the same." Then she went to make another one with only 80% full. Sheknew she made it wrong the first time and chose to literally lie to my face! I caught you this time, What happens if yourcustomer is lactose intolerance or has allergies? You knew you use the ingredients the customer specifically ask you not to,then you just lie about it and cover it up and let the customer suffer? Starbucks needs to train your employees to be moreresponsive! Otherwise, clean store. Read more
Wonderful new location that opened today (June 21). Lots of seating (small tables as well as a larger meeting table) and... outlets. There's an outdoor patio area with umbrellas. Very clean and nicely decorated. Drive thru as well. Great customerservice so far. Read more
Loved getting yelled at by the angry chubby woman with the blue hair because I ordered a drink that ?cannot be ordered? but they... accepted my order and I had already paid for it. Maybe instead tell your co workers this instead of screaming at a payingcustomer at the drive thru causing a scene. I?m greatly embarrassed and will be escalating this to the franchise owners.
