When you go to the food court at the Cornwall Center most of the time when you go to that Subway you cannot hear the staff 2/3... of the time because of the noise. That's when you do speak up you still don't get your order correct most of the time. Eventhough you tell them what you want it's all great when you speak a little louder to get them to hear what you want and sometimesit takes a while to get through cuz most of them don't speak great English. Plus when you're done when you get to the till theysing you just want the sub do you want a drink and with that do you want to make it a combo they don't ask that. Do you need totrain the staff at the Subway at the Cornwall Center to ask do you want anything else with that like a drink or would you liketo make it a combo with chips or cookies. Because the staff at the subway in the Cornwall Center their job is to entice peopleto get more than just the sub sandwich and since they don't do that they think all you want is just the sub sandwich sometimesyou got to stop them and tell them you want this this and this and then you finally get to pay for the everything. So you needto entice your stuff at the Cornwall Center Subway to encourage do you want more than just the with the ordered!! Read more
never order takeout/delivery from this subway, three times in a row I have gotten my order wrong. tonight is the last night I... will ever order. can't get the right bread or extra ingerdiants that you have to pay for. I have even gotten the wrong drinksbefore. Excellent bread, delicious chicken, they loaded subway, loved it, no skimming of any ingredients, they wear gloves, fast... efficient service we usually come here to eat, both sales associates were polite and very efficient. Read more
Please dont use your gloves when taking someones money and then use the same gloves to make the next costumers food. I saw that... when I was in line, and right away I decided to go eat at thai express which is right beside the subway. Read more

Stale and hard bread, horrible taste...food is never fresh. I could have literally hit somebody with the bread and they would... have got hurt...wasted a whole sandwich because I couldn't chew it. Veggies and meat were not at all fresh, I could see the moldon the meat at the counter..horrible service. Please don't eat here, if you need a subway sandwich go the Kramer area Subway,it's far better and fresh food there. Read more
Staff don't know how to make a proper subway. There's an old lady who doesn't know how to wrap a subway properly. When you open... the bag everything is going to fall out from the breads. Should take training from the sub in the south. Much better. Read more
