Worst customer service experience today. My wife asks for her sub no cheese, so they toast it with cheese. When pointed out to... them that they made a mistake, they gave us attitude and started arguing that we were wrong. They got very dramatic overthis. Then we were getting combos, grabbed chips and cookies....then after paying we asked about our drinks...and we're toldthat combos don't come with drinks so we had to pay separately for our drinks. All because he didn't hear us say combos. Ihope management does something about this. Read more
Worst night staff i have ever seen.. worst customer service...i ordered online and my sub was not grill and was told that too... much sauces so cant grill. Was not able to dine because staff told he neeeds to clean if you dine in after 12. I ordered a rice bowl, and they filled 1/3rd of it. When I said cucumbers, he literally took 2 and put it in. Also when I said... extra green peppers he put 1 extra piece in. Also he forgot to put cheese in and again it was very less than it?s supposed to beso I said can you put in extra, he charged me for double. Wouldn?t ever recommend going to this subway. Read more
