My family and I came to this location for the first time about a week ago. The staff were all great, they have a crazy selection... of drinks, a nice environment, and it was very clean We were served by Katelyn. She was incredibly friendly, knew the menuinside+out, and we were all frankly stunned at how great the service was. I don?t know how much you pay this girl, but youshould quadruple it Food was great, had a buffalo chicken poutine ???????? and a couple ?sailor moon unsung hero?s. We were mortified at our previous visit from the way we were treated from management and the mess up in our order. They... apologized and tried to make up for it. They really redeemed themselves. We absolutely love their food. We went almost everyweekend for years for their prime rib and breakfast because it is the best in town, so we are really glad they switchedmanagement and fixed the problem. Their brisket on their nachos are also to die for and their alcoholic beverages are delicious.Thank you for all your help today. Great food and great service. $18 for 7 chicken wings. For that price and quantity they better be out of this world chef Ramsay quality, which they were not.... This is not a gourmet restaurant to be charging these prices for 7 mediocre chicken wings. Honestly I've had way better wingsfor way cheaper. Had they mentioned any quantity in their menu descriptions I would not have ordered... For $18 I thought Iwould get an order of wings enough for 2 people to share, not even close. Which brings me to 4 beef and Cheddar yorkies for$17. All 4 about the diameter of a pop can each. Good god. Small serving size. I ASSUMED by the prices that both of these itemswould be at least a decent quantity. Turned out to be barely enough for a snack for 2 people. Won't order from them again. Read more

Place was great! We were in town for an appointment and got hungry. Our server, Sydney was the textbook great server. She was so... attentive to us and her other tables on the patio. My Chicken burger was great and my wife really enjoyed her burger. We'll beback when the riders are playing! Read more
The service is fairly average; sometimes it's quite lousy and sometimes it's really good. Our most recent visit was more on the... not so great side. We did a fair amount of sitting and waiting. There's a button to press for service, but doesn't seem to makemuch difference and tend to push it multiple times with no result. The music was crazy loud for suppertime on a Thursday. Itwas hard to hear ourselves talk. We went to watch a hockey game and it took forever to get our little speaker box. The firstperiod was almost half over before I finally got tired of waiting for the server to bring it and went to the bar to ask for one.It still took another 5 minutes or so to get it. The battery was dying, and by mid second period we couldn't hear the gameanymore so decided to leave. The food is always good. It sometimes feels a bit expensive, but then the food comes and I'mreminded of their huge portions. Very good experience here, sorry will be a long review, went on October 28 with friends as it was my birthday month and I had... free nachos on the App to redeem. My friends got some appetizers as well and all of them were very good. I was very shocked bythe size of the nachos and could barely make a dent in them in the restaurant, I ended up taking them home and sharing them withmy kids after. Our waitress I have since forgotten her name was awesome and she was very attentive and in a great mood and shewas just starting her shift it was nice to go to a restaurant and have Good vibes all around and have the wait staff begenuinely friendly and happy and they were all dressed up as well in the Halloween spirit. We threw the hostess off a bit as myfriend was wearing a large brimmed hat for her gothic Halloween costume and I was wearing a pumpkin shirt and leggings withpumpkins on them. She complimented us on our costumes and my friend looked at her with a straight face and said what costumes?this is our everyday wear!
