Went there last night.. the sever was bad ... took soo long just to order.. we waited 35 mins to get food n drinks..after we got... our stuff... she was no where to be found..I wanted to pay for my meal n drinks.. waited 30 mins..... then I decided to walk tothe bar ... and there she was sitting at the bar... service horrible ...the food was not that good. Attached, the popcorn chicken we ordered. It was burnt and crumbly, dry and nasty, like the bottom bits of the freezer bag that... were in the deep fryer 5 mins longer than needed. We threw it out after attempting a couple pieces. My spouse's burger was good,but the pizza wasn't really pizza. Like a flatbread, and not great. Anyway, I'm not sure I'd order from here again. Has anyoneelse noticed Regina food service, especially delivery, being pretty bottom of the barrel these days? Might be better if you goin person, because what restaurant would have the gall to send out a burnt, shrivelled order in person? Read more
Not the greatest experience! We came to the restaurant with our youth group , made sure to make a reservation a few days before... so we?ll have the private room. We explained to the person who talked to us that we have a program to run and that we will needthe room at 6:30 pm. When we got there the manager said the room is occupied and we will have to wait till 6:45 pm, so we didwait with a group of kids to our room to be cleared. Only at 6:55pm we had a table in a room full of other tables. We waitedpatiently to the other people in the room to done their meal and leave the room. We had a group of 8 people, ordered lots offood- half of the food we got cold the other half got their food burnt. We told it to the waiters that only said ?I?m sorry?didn?t even asked us if we wanted her to replace it, not only that our program delayed, the manager and the staff made us feellike we are staying on their way and interrupting. Terrible food and not so great service, will make sure to never go back thereagain. The worst experience ever. Read more
Very disappointed in the service. We had a group of 8 and had to wait 10-20 minutes for the waitress to ask us if we needed more... drinks, not to mention my brother is still waiting for his refill?As we were wrapping up to leave, the restaurant was completelyempty save us and a single other patron. There were absolutely NO staff in sight for about 20 minutes. We were finally able towave over one staff member who tried to charge my grandfather for the entire table when we had 4 separate bills. Most of us werepleased with our drinks and food, despite some of it being on the pricey side. However, this did nothing to outweigh theterrible service. Read more
