You guys always find a way to mess up my order and I have refrained from writing a bad review cause the people there are so... nice. But everytime I order a donut or a muffin you guys get it wrong and give me something completely different. Usually great service but I?ve went through drive through many times for the Iced tea Quencher and they continue to put Lemonade... in it! Not supposed to have lemonade, and I confirm when I order but still get it sometimes! Read more
Would give it 0 stars if I could. Staff is rude every time I go there& they charge me wrong& refuse to compromise& claims it?s... ?standards? even though they are the only Tim?s that charges that specific way. Will not be going back. Read more
We told them their screen was broken in the drive through and then they said we were wasting their time and revised to sell us... anything. We didn?t do anything we were there for a total of 30 seconds before he said we were wasting his time and to leave. Read more
Always use this Tim?s. I like the drive through, they?re quick and get the order right most of the times. In case they don?t get... it right you have to go in, wait in the line and they change the order most of the time without problem (only once had aproblem), I even got a free coffee once because they got my order wrong the first time. Well this trip to Timmy's was disappointing. They messed up the order of donuts we got 4 donuts and 2 sandwiches. 2 of the 4... donuts were not what we wanted. We asked for the vanilla dip (the one with sprinkles) we got 2 honey glaze (no sprinkles). Thesandwiches we recived looked like someone was being lazy. The meat was still stacked and it only covered 3/4 of the sandwiches.The lettuce and tomatoes were only under the meat. We had to remake the sandwiches before eating them. 3 stars is beinggenerous. I tried to take my family (7 adults and 1 kid) in for an easy meal after an event near this location. We came in at 8:30pm. They... told us they had to soup, no chili, and "nothing hot" because they were getting ready to close... at 11pm. They shut down mostof their equipment an hour & a half before they even closed. Then when we tried to order from the sandwich menu they were outof roast beef, and one of the other types of sandwich. Finally out of frustration, I ordered a bagel. They didn't even toastit. I ordered a Creamy Maple Pecan Dream Donut.. it had NO FILLING. Most of the boston cream donuts had almost no filling. Theymissed about 5 of the items I ordered, so I had to keep going back to the counter and asking for things I had paid for. Some ofour drinks were wrong. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Read more
