Worst Tim Hortons in Regina. I am a Skip driver. When I come in for the order, I can see the order ready on the back counter... but there is no one there to hand it to me. I can stand there for 10 minutes while my customer is waiting at home. By the timeI get it the food and coffee is cold. I would be better off going through drive-thru and refusing to let anyone else go byuntil I get my order. I've tried going through drive-thru before and I'm told to come into the store - next time I will refuseand not let anyone get by until I get my order. Bad management - bad store. VERY poor service. Waited 10-15+ mins for food on every morning trip. We're talking 530 AM so wasn't busy @ all (instore that... is). Only kept returning as it was in our hotels parking lot. Definitely NOT Tim's standards for customer service. Also theydon't have L chocolate milks so she suggested 2 small ones. Ya that comes to 5.42. absolute joke. Glad I don't live in thearea!!! One of the worst Tim's you'll find! Few staff understand customer service! They're rude, inaccurate and condescending. I've... never recieved an order correctly and when I try to correct it, they say "find another Tim Hortons." Most Tim Hortons are goingdown hill with food quality and customer experience and Prince of Wales is descending at an accelerated pace. Garbage! Read more

Lots of parking lot available at the front drive through also available. Open 24 hours they have a very nice customer... service. Located near taco time creekside pub and esso gas station. I?ve been there both as a customer and delivery driver myexperience from them was very good. Nice service and nice staff. I highly recommend this tim hortons for all of you guys. Read more
This is the SLOWEST Tims in the city. I have been here multiple times and every experience has been the same or worse in terms... of wait time. Whether it?s curbside pickup or drive through or ordering inside the store always has slow service. When wecomplained to one of their customer service representative, he said they don?t have enough staff here and it?s their managementproblem he can?t do anything about it.
