We've been a fan of Wasabi for probably 4-5 years now. The food itself has always been enjoyable and fresh, even if the prices... can be a little on the high side. Yesterday, however, we had a strange interaction with an employee that I'm still not sure howto feel about. We were going to park and grab some food from the Mr. Sub next door for any early lunch. We were parking infront of Wasabi as the next closest parking spot is for disability parking which we are not. It is worth noting Wasabi was notyet open at this time as it was a bit after 10:00 AM (they open at 11 on Saturday). As we did a white vehicle came up behind usand blew their horn multiple times. We were confused to say the least as the driver of our vehicle signaled both their turn intothe parking lot and the parking space itself. We were also parked within the lines and were not intending to be there longerthan about 10 minutes. The vehicle drove a short distance away in the same lot and parked. We waited to see and speak with themabout what was wrong (as they were exiting and heading in our direction). They approached and we spoke (basically asked what waswrong then said I did not understand their reply due to a language barrier) but they did not seem to know what we were talkingabout despite it just happening and spoke quickly in a language I did not understand. They walked past us and unlocked Wasabibefore entering. We were a bit taken back by the rudeness as we have never encountered anything like that before and are stillconfused about what the issue was. I took off a star for it as I don't think it's a very good example of how to treat anyone,much less customers that have been there many times. Read more

One of my favourite restaurants in Regina! Ordered food comes out really fast. The shrimp tempura is crispy even when it cools... down, and the sushi and various rolls are really delicious. Read more

Was there this week with my friend. Ordered teriyaki bowls, and they were delicious. I don't know how many times we said "this... is so good". All the staff were lovely. I thanked the chefs when I left, and they bowed, which I found to be so appreciative andhumble. Read more
I absolutely love this place, it has some of the best sushi in the city and the owners are super lovely! Highly recommended.
