It was my first time at Wok Box today and I was so disappointed. First off, I paid $17 for a serving size I'd feed my 5 yr old.... Second, the ginger beef I ordered had so much fat and gummy pieces I spit most of it into a napkin and just left. I was soturned off. Most definitely not worth the money! Read more

The Mongolian Beef is delicious but for the price, the quantity is lacking. It's very dissappointing that they serve your... stir-fry over rice rather than in individual cartons. This must be a Canadian thing as I have traveled to China and otherplaces around the world and have never been served such small tiny portions with a ton of rice and very little stir-fry and alot of sauce. I always ask for separate containers and this is what you get. Very chintzy on servings and their display boxesare deceiving at best. Read more

We use to always order from the Rochdale location, the food and service was always fantastic. We loved this place. Sadly the... last time we went it was all different people and the food was horrible and the service was no comparison to before. The gingerbeef was swimming in so much sauce it was like a stew, I absolutely love ginger beef and this was pathetic, the rice was somushy you can tell they used far too much water when cooking it. I called and got some woman with an attitude who basicallytried to make it sound like it was our fault. After a fair bit of time trying to convince her that we never made the food it wasthem who messed up. She finally agreed to a replacement, unfortunately it wasn?t that much of a improvement. The worst part isthat even then she displayed attitude while getting the replacement. Not once did she even sincerely apologize for the food theyserved us. As bad as the food was, It?s her rude, snappy, attitude that lost them long term customers. Read more

Pretty good food. Staff friendly and to the point. Menu is simple to order from and have tasted their noodles and rice dishes.... They're both delicious. Read more
