We came in to have a ceviche and a leche de Tigre, the ceviche was just okay and the leche de Tigre was incredibly salty... although we tried to eat it. We let our waitress know and she came to take it away and tell us it was ?half-eaten? and wasn?tgoing to be able to remake it for us. We assumed she would offer another way to make it up to us, but she charged us for it, tipincluded, for a total of $47. Way too overpriced and the service was terrible. I?ve dined in once and don?t really remember how the food was. This time I decided to pickup a lunch special. Very good... rotisserie chicken, white rice and beans with a chicken noodle soup with a can of soda. I loved that they listened to me when Iasked for white meat chicken breast only! I don?t even know where to start. I don?t really think they know how to run a restaurant. The place is cold. My feet where... freezing off they clearly are saving money by not turning on the heat. I ordered very simple dishes. Tallarin con pollo and tacotacu with steak. They served one plate and 15min later the second. If you have a party of two sitting and they ordered theirfood together how can you serve the plates 15mind apart???? Upon inquiring about what happened to the second plate the tallwaitress with the glasses gave me such an attitude. Telling me to wait. It made me wanna drop everything and just leave theplace. The decor of restaurant was pleasant. We started off with empanadas appetizers which were great. The wait for our main chicken... entree was long. Honestly the worst restaurant I have been to. I came with my family to eat here and the food was really salty and we told our... server and she said there was really nothing that could be done and would call over the manager. Then another lady came (hername is Ines) and she just came and brought over the check saying, ?You guys asked for the check?? But she came abruptly rudeand I told her no we wish to see a manager and she gave us an attitude telling us there was no manager just the two of them andthat she couldn?t do anything about the salty food. Then a guy came (his name is Marcos) he claimed he was the manager, but Ihonestly don?t believe he was. He was the cook. He also spoke really rude to us. The service here is horrible. One server saysthere is a manager and the other lady says there isn?t and then randomly a guy comes to us and says he?s the manager. That isnot how you treat clients. We wanted to tell them the food was salty so they were aware of this, not to speak to us in adisrespectful way. I do not recommend anyone to dine here. Honestly the people who work here today Thursday (September 1st) arevery unprofessional and ratchet. Then on top of not even saying I?m sorry about the food or even trying to do anything andreally just talking with an attitude towards my family and I, they decide to give us the check and charge themselves tippercentage.
