One of my favorite spots to chill and enjoy the atmosphere after a long day. Sad to see they simply are understaffed and hate to... say it but the employees show it. Whatever the case is I do hope for the employees to keep their chins up and do what?s best forthem. I will give a huge shout out for Paris, a shining star who is upbeat and keeps a positive outlook regardless of thechallenges. Good seasonal cocktails for cheap. The pic is of the tipsy shark and it even included 2 gummy sharks ???? in each drink. Nice... spot convenient to go to when shopping in the outlets or heading back to your hotel after a day at the beach. Good service.Great food. We got the current special 2 for $30 deal. Nice size portions. Just know bourbon street steak is actually chickenlol ** went again for Halloween seasonal drinks. Draculas blood was our favorite. Food was good. Nice big salad portion. Not packed for a Friday night. Our party of 5 was seated immediately. 3 of us ordered the all you can eat wings and they were... good. The buger was great. The strawberry salad was so fresh and good. Our server was very good. We are happy with ourexperience. Read more

This location is a good Applebees location it is quiet. The food is more fresh than other locations, the staff is very nice like... usual, And the after 9 appetizer deal is a great deal nothing wrong with this location. So because of that it will get a 5 starrating. Read more

We are so disappointed. The service and food were both terrible. First, it took ages to get our drinks, and it was not busy in... the restaurant, only a few tables. We ordered appetizers and one of the items was wrong. When we mentioned it to the waiter, hewas unbothered and asked us if we wanted to put in another order. He then said he'd bring us the correct item - we never gotit. He wanted us to order everything at once (drinks and food), which we had no problem with. But we asked that they not havethe dinner come out right after the appetizers, which is a reasonable request. The waiter assured us they would wait. Ourdinners came out about 5 minutes after our appetizers. We hadn't even finished passing around the appetizers to everyone at thetable. When we asked the waiter why the dinners came out so soon, he laughed at us and walked away. We ordered 5 burgers andevery one was awful! Two of them were made incorrectly. All of them were extremely overcooked, dry, and insanely salty. All ofour buns were very, very stale and so dry. When we first placed our order, we asked for ketchup, salt, and pepper. The waiternever brought it. One of our group had to walk up to the wait staff station to get it herself. The waiter didn't come over tocheck on us or anything until we were paying the bill. We have always been big Applebee's fans and go frequently, and have beento this specific location several times. Having worked in food service, we're not ones to complain about food quality or serviceusually, because we know what it's like! But our experience today was terrible. Read more

Stopped by after shopping at Tanger outlets. The food was good and the staff was courteous. The place can get a little crowded... during shopping season. We tried 3-4 items on the menu including a platter. Found them all to be good. Would recommend thisplace if you are in the area for shopping. Read more
