Worst customer service ever!! No greeting & ingnoring customers . Even walking away with not a word. Not worth your trouble.
I don?t know why they are having bad reviews. This place was great! The staff was so sweet! Went to get a couple of ice cream... sundaes and was given huge scoops and extra cherries! This place is great and will be back again. Thanks for the awesome serviceMay God bless you! Read more
Went to the store with my family of 5. The employees helped 3 people in front of us promptly with their coffee. I watched the 3... employees look at my family trying to decide what flavor of ice cream we wanted. When we went to order, 1 employee looked at usand walked away. Another saw us and also walked away both turning their back on us. We waited a considerable amount of time, noacknowledgement or even a "we'll be right with you." It was clear that they did not want to assist with ice cream. I shouldhave realized from the beginning when the ice creams were mislabeled, empty containers on top of open ice cream and freezerburnt ice cream. Would def nnot visit this store. Read more
Cake cone was stale, out of vanilla, some of the ice cream had ice crystals growing. They did have some good no sugar added... options. Based on this visit, I would look for a different store for ice cream Read more
Always go to this place when I am in town which is once a year. Really dissatisfied this last time. Forgot you need to go to the... register to order. Asked the guy "manager" at ice cream counter for a specific ice cream. He was in the process of removing someof the ice cream tubes and I wanted to make sure I would be able to get the said ice cream. He told me I need to go to theregister to order. Skipping a head... after a wait in line, them taking my order and money. They proceeded to tell me that theice cream I wanted was not available because they were cleaning the case. The employees knew this before I got in line andtaking my order. What a waste of my time. Read more
We ordered ice cream with Drive Thru 30 minutes before Baskin Robbins closed. And when picking up at the window, a female... employee was angry that we had "mocked" her words. We never said anything at all, but she closed the windows before we coulddefend ourselves. There was another car behind the line, so I couldn't say anything, but I felt it was very rude and I wasannoyed. An employee who is angry with a customer who did not do anything is not tolerable. Twice now I have gone there for a milkshake & both times it was just flavored milk. I even asked to make it thick & still just... an overpriced glass of milk. SMH. Read more
