I?m not sure why this chipotle is always so bad. The store is always visibly dirty, there is always greasy floors, they are... always out of either lettuce, brown rice or steak and the staff is incredibly rude. This is by far the worst run chipotle I haveever been to. My wife and I decided to try it again despite being disappointed in the past and once again, the experience provedto be sub optimal. My wife wanted brown rice, ? no brown rice? she wanted steak, ?no steak? so when given the meat that they didhave, the worker literally gave one half scoop. When my wife asked for extra sour cream, the worker in an exaggerated way putglobs of sour cream on, basically ruing the bowl. I'm sure they aren't going to care but this Chipotle is the WORST. Every time I order on Doordash they get it wrong and this... time was the worst so far. I received a salad with ONLY sofritos and guac, missing rice, beans, tomato, corn, fajitas, and sourcream. I am so livid and the phone line is only automatic ordering, there is no way to talk to a person. Read more

I love visiting Chipotle however this location was disgracefully filthy! Upon entering the tables were not clean, the work... station and counter at register had food debris all over, the rest room was dirty and trash was not only on the floor there butalso in the restaurant eating area. I witnessed patrons wiping the tables so they could sit down to eat while staff was busychatting it up behind the counter between customers. No one takes pride in what they do or who they work for. I realize thatpatrons can be a little piggy and selfless but if they found the establishment clean perhaps they would be more apt to clean upafter themselves when leaving. Worst Chipotle experience by far. Of the ingredients I would have gotten on my bowl, they only had Carnitas and Salsa. No fajita... veggies, no guac, no sour cream. My husband asked for sour cream from the bar off to the side and the cashier said ?no, that isfor online orders only?? c?mon. Guess since they were 50 minutes from closing they decided not to put anything else out? Peoplestanding around in the back on phones though. Trash cans overflowing with trash, dirty tables/chairs. We should have turnedaround and walked out, if I wasn?t limited on what I can eat and had other options. The staff was supper friendly and kind, fixed problems as fast as possible. (The drink I ordered was out, the eldest lady there... made more of the drink fast as she could.) Chipotle employees are usually grumpy high school kids.. but this staff was amazing. Read more

I mobile ordered after a long day and when I went to eat my bowl, it looked like something my 9 month old puppy had made. To... top it off, multiple items were missing including rice, chips, and who knows what else. I was pretty much given a bowl of blackbean soup and they didn?t inform me about any missing items when I picked it up. It sucks because I love chipotle, but don?tknow if I?ll be back anytime soon to try the pollo asada. Luckily, after one bite, I picked out the chicken and fed it to mydog who absolutely loved it. Overall, this was the worst chipotle experience I?ve ever had and the employees working the nightof 3/18/22 should never be allowed to make a burrito bowl ever again after this embarrassment. I?ve been to a lot of Chipotle restaurants and this is this worst. The staff makes you feel you are a burden and the restaurant... is filthy, always. I?ve been here a dozen times, it?s the only chipotle around. I feel obligated to reach out to corporate aboutthis location. I?ve been here several times hoping to have a different experience with the next but the quality of service andcleanliness never improves. I don?t write reviews, ever. Absolutely disgusting, I completely walked out of the restaurant after seeing this, what makes you guys think anybody would ever... want to eat in such filth, this is absolutely outrageous.
