I ordered a soda, fries and a big Mac. The big Mac was pretty bland and gross. The fries were undercooked and you have to beg... for a drink refill. I asked the girl at the counter for a refill she said "yeah, okay". She walked away like she was going torefill it. She came back out and helped other people. A manager walked by and asked if I needed a refill, I said "no, she'sgetting it" and pointed at the girl. She said "oh, who? Me?" I said "yes, that's what I asked for and you said you would". Shethen finally got me my drink after helping 4 other people and me waiting 7 minutes. My son was playing in the play place and myfiance went in a little bit to get him when we were going to leave. She said the place was gross and covered with a layer ofgross Ness. They must not ever wipe that down which is very unsanitary. If you want your kids coming out stickier than they wentin, this is the place for you. I will not be back to this location. We went on September 4th 2022. Read more
Stopped in to this location while leaving Lewes Beach. The exterior looked new and clean; the interior was equally clean and... new. This restaurant was nice and had a good variety of seating and decor. Unlike other McDonald's locations I've been in, thisone had secluded seating areas in case you need a quiet seating area. There is also an inside play area for the kids and thecustomer service was good. Food was delivered to our table fast, and the employees were courteous. Read more

The managers at this location are awful, no type of hospitality and no maturity. Your staff only does what you stand for . As I... went there today I asked for a quarter pounder deluxe with extra mustard and they put extra everything on this sandwich to thepoint where you couldn?t even see the hamburger pattie I also got a spicy chicken deluxe and ask for extra sauce as well I took4 napkins cleaning that sandwich and what was sad Is I only saw this after I got home but I did call the managers back. Well friendly drive thru staff! we were told to pull aside to wait on our fries. A team member Gave our fries to a guy in a... random car! Lmbo??I went inside and explained what happened. Probably the Worst McDonald's I've ever been in. They have no soda machines inside and if you want a refill you have to wait for... them to get a whole new drink cup and all!! Such a waste and overuse of plastic, plastic cups plastic lids plastic straws!! Thestaff has no idea what they are supposed to be doing and they walk around dumbfounded by whatever you might ask of them. Thecolors are depressing and trying to talk to a manager is not worth your breath or brain cells. Cold fries, cold burgers, messythrown together with no care at all. Read more
