I ordered from Outback a few days ago. This was the 3rd time. The steaks were delicious. I ordered the coconut shrimp as... well.....awful. They were dried out and didn't have a lot of taste. We came in on a rainy day and met Debra who was wonderful! She was attentive and very professional. I could tell she?s a... firecracker! She joked with us and brought out our food in a very time manner. The food was very fresh! One drawback isaccessing the location. Not sure what has happened to Outback as a whole, but this location is terrible. We were greeted by whatever grumpy high... schooler was available that night. Not asking for the red carpet treatment but it would be nice to be greeted properly, and witha smile. Didn't happen. Service was slow to almost non-existent. Steak was not cooked properly, TWICE! You'd figure if"Steakhouse" is part of your name you'd know how to cook a steak. Food presentation was a mess. For the money we paid, I'dexpect the plates to come out looking better than if they had been thrown together by a 3rd grader. Waitress gave us the wrongcheck and didn't seem too bothered by it when we told her about it. I'm guessing the owner is never there and doesn't care muchabout the declining level of service or food. They must be happy with the money they make regardless of how they're makingit. We will never go back and we will definitely NOT recommend this location to anyone. I can cook a steak better, and havemore of a quality experience at a fraction of the price in my own backyard. I would have given it ZERO STARS, but that's not anoption. Read more

This is a pretty good Outback location. As with every other Outback, there was around a 35 minute wait for a table. Our server... was friendly and fantastic. Our drinks were always refilled and she came around to clear plates off of our table. The food wasgood, especially the Bloomin' Onion, but all of our steaks were overcooked. I ordered my steak as medium, but it was mediumwell, but I felt sorry for the rest of my family who ordered medium-well and got their steaks made well done and almost dry. We had to wait 30 minutes even though the restaurant looked empty because of not enough weight staff. So admittedly that was... annoying. However I understand there?s a shortage of employees everywhere right now in the food service industry so, it is whatit is. We waited.The food is good here. The kids mac and cheese is not good according to my 8 year old twins. The other twin hadchicken fingers, they were fine. Service was good, but it could have been better. The meal was served pretty plain. Just a slap of meat and a baked potato on a white plate. The server was forgetful and could... not be found to get water refilled. She brought out wrong orders and didn't even serve us the loaf of bread. She complainedloudly when she only got 10% tip for her poor service... which was way more than what she deserved. Read more

The waitstaff in this restaurant are GREAT! It's very evident that all work exceptionally well together.They are very customer... oriented,very friendly,and tentative. That alone is worth 5 stars in itself. Now the food: Strawberry lemonade was delicious! Igot a to go cup before we left(and I will admit I was sad when I finished it..lol) the French onion soup...when I tell you thiswas some of the BEST soup I've ever had, it still doesn't do it it justice. My prime rib was done perfectly, and went GREAT withthe Aussie fries and broccoli. I would highly recommend this place hands down. OH! and a helpful hint,the entrance is in theback..so you have to go out back of the Outback (LOL)to get into the parking lot. Read more

Had some quality steak and seafood here when out on date night with the wife. French onion soup is some of the best locally,... steaks are always cooked to the right temp we asked (as expected for a steakhouse), wheat bread free starter is good aswell.
