I?m currently suffering in MI, where all Popeyes locations here serve horrible flavors and textures. THIS Popeyes location... renewed my faith! Excellent service, fresh juicy chicken, soft warm biscuits, and the cajun rice is back with it?s wholesomesavory depth. I had almost forgotten how good it was. I?ve no idea why all of MI franchises should be so awful, but I?m gladthat THIS location still has it right. A #1! Always an issue when I come here. The drive thru takes forever. The dining room is always closed earlier than what the time... posted says. And they should clean their drive-thru window. Looks greasy and gross. Read more

Poor customer service. I can't comment on the food since we couldn't order. There were so many DoorDash and Ubereats drivers... waiting for 30 minutes or more. There was one person on the phone, possibly the manager/owner, who could have helped but didn't.There was an older couple walking out but needed to go back in because of missing food. Read more

11:22am...ordered chicken nuggets w/ mashed potatoes. The only thing good was the strawberry Fanta. The guy who waited on us was... very nice and did a good job. The potatoes were watery and the chicken just didn't taste good. Seemed it could've been cooked alittle longer. $9.99 wasted. Read more
