Would be awesome if they actually spoke to customers instead of ignoring them, and knew how to tell time when they say how long... something takes to make. For example. You make chicken all day long. Don't tell me It'll be 20 minutes and then have it take 40.Ha ok now 60 minutes as I'm typing this because they didn't make enough. Read more
I've no idea why the staff has so much attitude. One of the employees was visibly drunk and rude. Not what I expect from Royal... Farms and obviously the reason so many of my friends prefer Wawa. If you don't improve, you're going to lose a great many of thelocals of which I am one. Read more
No washer fluid at pumps, squeegees were trashed. Person that seemed to be a manager said he can barely man the registers as... they have no employees. Royal Farms seems to have problems at the corporate level. Read more

I wasn?t happy with the turkey and provolone sub I ordered. I stopped buying the subs for a long time because they just never... could do a decent job. One time I bought a sub because I had no choices and it was the best I ever had from royal farms. Nowhere we go again. The sub was ok but there was no lettuce. It had tomatoes and onions. It was small and flat. Very dissatisfied.I ate it because I was hungry and was at work. So I couldn?t go back someone else bought it for me and brought it to work so Ididn?t have to run out. Traveling to and visiting Rehoboth Beach, Delaware, I've heard about Royal Farms World Famous fried chicken. There are quite a... few Royal Farms between Reston and Rehoboth Beach. I'm thinking, this is gas station food, it can't possible taste good. Thispast visit with my Mom, I decided to try some fried chicken. The first thing surprised me is that most of the fried chicken(tenders and pieces) are made to order and not just sitting like other convenience and gas chains. We ordered a box of chickentenders and potato wedges. OMG - that chicken was some of the best chicken I've ever had. You can pick the sauces such asranch, barbecue, sriracha to go on the side. I see why they call it "World Famous Fried Chicken." We saw people carrying outparty trays of fried chicken and chicken tenders. I'm embarrassed to admit it was so good, we ordered some more for the triphome. Don't take my word for it, order some fried chicken the next time you are near a Royal Farms. DONT EVEN THINK ABOUT IT. Came here twice while on my vacation this week. Both times the staff was absolutely rude and had... attitude issues or were on their phones ignoring me and my boyfriend. The lady and 2 men working there, which includes thekitchen manager, are absolutely herendess. On top of that, my boyfriends chicken sandwich was COMPLETELY raw in the middle.Looks like they cooked it for 2 mins. When I called they said they couldn't give us a refund even with giving the food numberand last 4 of the credit card number. We would have to take the food ALLLLL the way back. Uh no.
