We hadn't been to Salt Air for a few years and decided to go there with some friends on a busy summer Saturday night. We booked... reservations for 8:30 about a week in advance (5, 8;30 and 9 were the only options left). Our friends were very happy with thecocktail offerings. The beer list could be better (more rotating seasonal options) but the wine list was very good. When we satdown the server brought their bread plate- which has a ton of crustini served with a homemade butter. We couldn't stop eatingit, yum! I had the halibut, which was cooked perfectly- flakey and delicious. My wife had the seafood stew. And our friends hadthe crab cakes and the blackened tuna. Everyone was very happy with their selections. The service was excellent, despite itbeing a busy night. Will definitely be coming back to Salt Air soon! Read more

I ate dinner at Salt Air with a group of 11 and we had a wonderful experience!! We showed up the restaurant late in the evening... but they accommodated us and we?re able to seat us. Our server was amazing and handled our large party seamlessly. The drinkswere great and the food was even better. The server recommended the pork chop to me and it was a perfect suggestion! I cleanedmy plate! Anyone visiting Rehoboth beach should eat a meal here-it was a great experience!! Read more

Our dinner was very good. My shrimps & scallops corn chowder was creamy and tasty, albeit a little on the salty side. My grilled... salmon was excellent, done just right. I always say that chicken breast and salmon show a chef's calibre. It can be tough & dryif overcooked. However, a couple of the asparagus stems were not nipped enough, rendered it a bit tough. But overall I felt itwas very good. My partner had shrimp & sausage over grits. He said his entree was very good too. His chocolate cake dessert wasmoist, rich & dense. One minor complaint is that toilet paper and paper towels were entirely missing in one bathroom (around 9pm on Friday, 5/27/22). I would have given a 5-star if the bathroom was kept up. Read more
We had a great experience! Sarah was a wonderful waitress, and the food was delicious. We loved the crab and spinach dip and... fries. The chocolate cake was good, and then we had the NY strip and bolognese as entrees. All such great food. I think ourfavorite was the crab and spinach dip. Definitely recommend. Amazing dining experience. Went in with a party of 4 without a reservation on a peak season Saturday night and was able to be... seated in the bar area quickly. Atmosphere was great, classy but fun and not stuffy. Great cocktails, extensive wine list, aswell as warm, friendly, and prompt service. Food was absolutely delicious, beautifully prepared and plated. Desserts were sogood! Portions of everything were perfect. Some may consider the experience expensive but we paid almost the same at lunch forbad Mexican food and weak margaritas, and this was very reasonably priced and delicious and clean! Recently dined here for dinner. The decor was a beautiful fall theme and was nicely lit for the evening. Our server was... attentive and pleasant throughout the meal. I ordered crab cakes for dinner, which were served with a fall hash (an assortmentof grilled seasonal vegetables with a hint of sweetness to them). The meal was OK. I enjoyed the fall hash, but the crab cakes,though crisp on the outside were very soft and slightly undercooked on the inside. For dessert, my friends and I split the lemonstrawberry cake, which was dense and delicious! Highly recommend. Read more
