Nice, fine dining restaurant near the beach. They have a huge selection of sushi to choose from so this is such a great place... to enjoy it! The food was reasonably priced for what your getting. So fresh and full of flavor and all the food is plated justbeautifully! The drinks were elegant, well made and so pretty. The service was good and timely and the relaxing Jack Johnsonmusic playing in the background was the perfect vibe to add to such a wonderful experience. I?ve been to Stingray twice and both times the service was excellent and the food was great! They have many options for both... sushi and sashimi and even do take out which was also excellent! Servers are very attentive and make sure you have everythingyou need. Normal pricing for sushi, and it is great! Read more
Great happy hour specials. Delicious sushi. My partner had the Mongolian beef and broccoli and really liked it. Good atmosphere... and friendly bartenders. Amazing selection of premium Japanese liquor including Toki. There is good air circulation indoors andthere is also outdoor seating. This place stays open late with Late Night menu after 10pm. I thoroughly enjoy coming toStingray. The miso soup wasn't great (did not eat much of it), nor was the spicy tuna roll (it was blended fish and sauce insidethe roll instead of sliced tuna). Ordered Man Eater roll, Shrimp Tempura Roll, Hamachi Lover Roll, and a crazy tuna roll. Took almost 15 minutes for me to get the... rolls(ordered online) because the bar tender had to do shots with the other bar tender, talk to what I guess is a friend of his,and do absolutely everything else he could before walking over to hand me my food that was just sitting there. Sadly, there wasa group of guys in the corner that looked frustrated because they were trying to pay their bill and the bar tender was ignoringthem(wasn?t very busy). Then I was double charged, but when I called Kaylee said she would take one charge off. Food was ok atbest. Not the worst sushi I have had and nowhere near the best. As you can see in the picture there was two rolls I couldn?ttell apart in looks or taste. The third roll was frustrating because you either had a bite of tuna or avocado, but not both.Also, the roll was supposed to be crunchy but had none. The last roll was supposed to have sesame seeds on it but didn?t. Thesushi looked decent and average size, but flavor and ingredients were not there. Read more
Put plainly: absolutely incredible. Ambience is amazing, and I knew I was in for good sushi when I saw how many sushi boats... were being brought out. I had a variety of salmon as part of a combo, after a fried avocado special that was mind blowing. Thebeers were cold. The sushi was good. The servers were friendly. The whole family had fun. The facilities were clean. I will100% be eating here again when I visit family. My advice: be very hungry and stay for hours trying all the rolls. That?s my plannext time. Read more
Me & my husband came here for our anniversary and let me just say I will be going back. They have such a warm homey feeling with... a fireplace and comfy feeling. The menu has lots of options other than sushi and they also have an extensive drink menu. I hadthe salmon and it was the most delicious salmon I've ever had super moist, tasty, just all around delicious. Not to mention thesweet potato hash and red pepper hummus to compliment it.
