This place is out of control. I ordered doordash. A chicken Caesar, 2 large cokes and a little bacon cheeseburger. The salad... didn't arrive so I tipped $8 on $9 worth of food. To make matters worse the meat is stone cold and the cheese isn't even melted.Where's the lettuce. The meat smells bad. I now have no dinner as it's 1130 at night in off season rehoboth. To top that off...the damn chicken Caesar is still available to order online. I work in food and beverage and know you have access to removethings from doordash if you are out. Stopped here on the way to beach for a quick late lunch, the food was piping hot and SUPER fresh. Just made! The freshest... Wendy's I've ever had. It was really good and a nice surprise! Read more
Baconator fries on Saturday. Bacon was burnt! Why would you serve this. Its was awful.
We place a large order. They have no chili or frosty option. WTH. So over it. This is why these places suck! Would not... recommend. The guy at the drive thru refused to get the manager and gave me the finger. Read more
Horrible service. Wish I could put 0 stars. Lady that was there by her self at 9:30am on 6/27/22. Keep in mind this Wendy?s... opened at 6:30am. Plenty of time even if your by yourself to get things ready for someone to come at 9:30. Me and my family(wife, 5yo son, 4yo daughter, 1yo twins) had very little time to get breakfast. We sat at the order screen for 2 mins not a wordfrom inside. Also we were the only car in the drive thru. We said ?Hello?? She said with a nasty attitude ?Your gonna have towait?. Doesn?t sound that bad when you read it but the way she said it, very rude. So I called her out. She then refused toserve my whole family. They all had to go to daycare without eating breakfast. Among the bottom two of the worst Wendy's I have ever been to. The decor had been updated, but the place was nasty--dirty... tables, floors, and urinals (flies all over the men's). They had no baked potatoes, and when asked, they said they had not hadany for a long time. What? Didn't think baked potatoes were a supply chain issue...also no ketchup in any of the condimentdispensers. Cannot recommend this Wendy's. Eaters beware! Read more
Unpleasant experience with this Wendy. Made a mobile order and it looked like their system did not get my order. While I showed... them the receipt, they still insist that they didn?t get my order. Apparently, the employees need to have some training onhandling customer service. At first, I thought I had the wrong address but after double checked that was the only Wendy near bythe beach. While asking the cashier if I had the right address, the cashier was not sure of their location. I were surprise thatit?s own employee doesn?t know his own work location. Ask to see the supervisor who told me they didn?t receive my order eventhough I showed the receipt and I have already paid for the order. After the supervisor consulted with the manager, she agreedto give me my order but I have wasted my 45 mins there. Not their fault if there is a glitch on the system, but the way howthey fix the issue and handle customers will just chase away the customers. Read more
Line was pretty long and service was pretty slow. Waited in line for 30 minutes only being 4th in line. Everytime I come here... everyone seems to be miserable and have an attitude. Food is decent at best, fries cold but burger was good. Read more
