Pleasant people - better than most McDonald's workers these days. Food - well I got a big Mac and for a warmish, slapped... together fast food burger, it's what you'd expect. This store takes too long and they rarely get the iced coffee right! The fries are hardly ever full and lately they have tasted... like they had freezer burn. It has been tasting like that for a month. Sadly I normally only get fries and a coffee but the waittime is about 15 minutes minimum. Once it took 45 minutes because they closed out my order but forgot to bring it to me. I askedif I at least got a pie for waiting and the fries were freezer burnt and I was told no. Read more
Bring your own mayo. They are always out. Be prepared to...repeat your order numerous times at the second window...Remind them... how many drinks you actually ordered...go back because after all your hard work...its still wrong. Wait time is ridiculous. Read more

This was all the fried we get when ordering 2 large meals. They forgot one serving and the other one was half full, cold,... undercooked and had no salt. We?ve been to this Mac a bunch of times as it?s the closest one but there is almost alwayssomething missing, they skimp on fries EVERY TIME and it?s usually old too. I think the Dairy Queen 1 minute from this placewould be a better option. Read more
Good place for cold mcnuggets, likely made and set under heat lamp. Staff friendly tho. Updated 12/8/21. These are old oil... cooked saturated crispy buttermilk chicken biscuits served me today. This is a seriously unhappy place to visit. Long wait time and staff doesn't know what please and thank you are. Culture... reflects leadership. What are the managers actually doing? In store management seems overwhelmed, above store level needs toground themselves inside this store and train the trainers. Read more
