I ordered my pizza online, drove 20 miles and upon arriving I was told they recieved my order and had all my information but... the Manager didn't come to work or left early, so I could not get my food? I'm assuming they were having to close up early. Itwas 7:45 pm. I understand it was not the employee's fault but they could have atleast called me to save me wasting a trip there! Read more
I redeemed my points for 2 medium 2 topping pizzas and the staff 5hat was working on Friday night 8/13/21 only gave me 1 pizza.... Then when I went back to the store they locked the door and starting laughing at me! I will never order from there again! Read more
I ordered 20 minutes prior around 4 arrived before 5 and waited in the car because when I placed my order on the phone I was... told it would be 15 minutes. I get out my car go up there; there's a sign that says we are closed and I'm confused because Iordered, they took it but they're closed. The girl in the store had an attitude and said we are closed even tho I tried to say Iplaced an order on the phone not to mention she's sitting there on her phone. On 11/18/2022, I pre-order my lunch by phone at Reidsville Pizza Hut. The lady told me 15 minutes and the amount. I went to... pick it up an the door was locked. I noticed an employee inside and knocked several times but she never made eye contact. Myjob is about 10 miles away. Gas is too expensive for these games. Let's just say Dairy Queen saved the day.
