Only person in line and no one ever takes order. Manager keeps walking by. Never greets or says someone will be with you. Ice... machine has mold in dispenser and staff fails to keep clean. Manager needs to go. This Bojangles did a renovation and increasedprices way up and now service and management is horrible. Don't waste your time here. Read more
Quick drive thru visit to try this place out. Excellent service. The lady that took my order was very nice at the window. Not... bad for a Chicken joint. Popeyes is still my favorite! But none in this area and KFC stopped selling the yummy Honey BBQ wingsin this area so I'm done with them. Read more

This store has to do better. Customer service is the worst, and between 6-close they are always out of something. Went tonight... 10/4/2022 around 6:15 and there are 4 people in line and they ran out of chicken for the chicken sandwiches. REALLY!!! The younglady has no professionalism in communicating this to the customers. The quality of the food is never good, first shift is betterbut compared to other Bojangles NO. Please fix this store and your staff, my son and I ended up at KFC and I will go to Danvillefor breakfast instead of coming back here. Are you willing to lose business? Read more
