Only person in line and no one ever takes order. Manager keeps walking by. Never greets or says someone will be with you. Ice... machine has mold in dispenser and staff fails to keep clean. Quick drive thru visit to try this place out. Excellent service. The lady that took my order was very nice at the window. Not... bad for a Chicken joint. Popeyes is still my favorite! But none in this area and KFC stopped selling the yummy Honey BBQ wingsin this area so I'm done with them. Read more
The manager had left the building and retuen 'high" after smoking way too much pot. They were our of chicken at 5pm. Isn't that... when the dinner rush starts ? Mayne the staff needs to focus on food and not partying while on the clock. Just a suggestion. Read more
This store has to do better. Customer service is the worst, and between 6-close they are always out of something. Went tonight... 10/4/2022 around 6:15 and there are 4 people in line and they ran out of chicken for the chicken sandwiches. REALLY!!! The younglady has no professionalism in communicating this to the customers. The quality of the food is never good, first shift is betterbut compared to other Bojangles NO. Please fix this store and your staff, my son and I ended up at KFC and I will go to Danvillefor breakfast instead of coming back here. Are you willing to lose business? Read more

I came in from out of town and went to Bojangles, the restaurant was the nastiest place I ever seen. They just went through... remodel., Dirt everywhere. No trash can in bathroom. Trash everywhere. It's unacceptable to get low on gravy and then add a bunch of water to make it seem like more. I ordered 2 gravy biscuits for my... breakfast and now I'm at work and have no food because instead of gravy biscuits I receive disgusting soggy biscuits in gravyflavored water. Went to get food and a manager by the name of Ashley was screaming at a child that wasn?t in uniform. Horrible management. How... can you scream at a child that isn?t on the clock or in uniform? How can you scream at a child period? Unprofessional and notfamily like at all for an establishment that claims it?s for family That ?manager? should be fired.
