When you?re waiting and your stomach starts growling, it?s time for food! My son had an hour long therapy appointment, so I went... up the street and got some breakfast. I arrived around 10:20am on a Monday morning. The drive thru line wasn?t long, but Iopted to go inside. Once inside, I observed there to be two or three parties sitting down eating and one person in line ahead ofme that was ordering their food. I ordered a sausage biscuit combo with fries and sweet tea. The total was $5.35. While waitingfor my food to get ready, I went to the condiments and utensils area to grab napkins and get my drink. There were no napkins inthe containers and the sweet tea container was empty. They had to give me sweet tea from the back. My food was ready in lessthan two minutes after ordering. My fries were perfect ! They were fresh and had a whole bunch of seasoning, just like I likethem! I ate them on the drive back, lol. My sweet tea was alright. It could?ve been sweater. My biscuit was a little overcooked. I can?t be the only one who likes soft biscuits. Nonetheless, I ate it because I was hungry. Read more

We ordered from door dash around 6:30. We called Bojangles and asked them not to cook the food until the driver arrived. They... said, no problem. DD did not arrive until 7:35 then arrived here within 15-20 minutes. The food was inedible. It was soggy andcold. It sat out so long that all the ice in our drinks had melted and sweat so long the drink tray had disintegrated. This isunacceptable and if that wasn?t enough. We called the restaurant immediately. Whoever we spoke to admitted she was aware thefood had sat and said we could call back the next day and speak to T***! We called today. I cannot explain to you over text howrude she was. She argued with us, cut us off, and spoke over us. She straight up said, ?Ma?am, this isn?t my problem!?! She alsobasically accused us of lying to get free food. As well as REFUSED TO GIVE US HER NAME!!!!! She said, ?I don?t have a name, butI?m not T***! The food could have made someone sick. We had to reheat it in our air fryer and it was still horrible. I often order from this location via doordash. Every time I order ranch with my supremes and an extra ranch. Every single time I... get sent one ranch and one honey mustard. What are y'all smoking? And why are y'all always out of Pepsi? Otherwise the food isgood. It's just frustrating people can't read and follow simple directions.
