We were so excited that we had a new nice restaurant to visit. We have gone several times and each time either the service is... slow or the food is not exactly what we ordered. We were there one afternoon about 4:00 and there were several other couples inthe restaurant all waiting to get their food. In comes an entire football team which have ordered their food ahead of time andthe kitchen is only working on their orders and bringing them out. Everyone had to wait for this process to complete and thewaitress never told anyone what was going on until we started asking questions. When we got our food the order was wrong somine had to go back due to allergies from the cheese on my burger. We had already had to wait on the team to be fed and then Ihad to wait for my burger to be redone. I think the hardest part is no one telling us what was going on and why we were havingto wait. We were their today and order grilled chicken salads for both of us. When we got the salad we had to ask for knives tocut up the chicken and the tomatoes which came in full quarter size pieces. The chicken tasted like it came from a pre-cookedbag at the grocery store and when we ask why the chicken was cold we were told that it must have sat in the back too long. Wemoved here from a large town and we loved to eat out however we are not going to spend good money for slow service and coldfood. Such a disappointment! Read more

first time experience here and it was amazing. the staff was very friendly and most importantly the food was very good... these... hot dogs are the best in Reidsville.. side note the chili on the hotdog has a little small kick to it but it was evened out withthe sweetness of the slaw.. even the hot dog bun was great looking forward to trying more things Read more

I'm impressed! We came in on a Saturday for lunch. Our waitress, Stephanie was super friendly, restaurant was clean and well... staffed. I ordered New Orleans Seafood and it was delicious. My husband had the hamburger steak with mushrooms and gravy and hewas very happy! We will definitely be back. Read more

Burgers were good! Home style chips were hit and miss with some crispy and some chewy. It's a little pricey, not sure if it's... worth the wait. They also put mustard on a Reuben with dry corn beef. Not impressed. Read more

Service was pretty good. Food wasn't all that. My sister and myself had to exchange our salmon dishes definitely didn't taste... right at all and hers said tasted raw still.. may give the place a try again one day. No promises Read more

Food was great. Service not so much. Some if our food was missing had to ask for it. Never got my water refill. Waited to pay... even longer than before, our waitress never came back had to finally leave it with another waitress. I spoke to one of themanagers she said we got a new waitress please train your staff I am afraid this will be the last time going here. After visiting the Lexington location, I was excited to hear one was coming to little ol Reidsville. This place has been opened... now a little over a week. Figured let?s give it a try!! First, the wait time (15 mins) wasn?t bad at all for the amount ofpeople that were present. Once seated we ordered drinks and appetizers (shown in photos below: Sampler Platter, Bacon/CheeseFries, Bang Bang Shrimp). Both were bought out very quick (I?m telling you the severs, ROCKS)! I wasn?t a fan of the samplerminus the boneless wings, the other appetizers where good. I?d try them again !! Ok now on to the meal, we both got Cajunchicken Alfredo. Did get photo, but it wasn?t it !! It was watery with no flavor, we sent it back! Long story short the foodneeds work but I?d give them another chance later in the future!
