Absolute worst dominos around, we order a pizza and this is how they make it, just bread with pepperoni on 2 slices. When we... called and asked if we could have it remade we were told they could give us a $5 credit but they simply cannot remake us ourfood unless we pay for another when we paid for something that?s not even edible. Ordered a large mushroom, hamburger and onion pizza. It only had 6 slice's of whole mushrooms. 12 pieces of hamburger that was... smaller than a pencil. Very little onions. Heard they had a new manager. Be awhile before I go back, if I do. Read more
It's gone downhill.. barely any sauce. Is it to try to make up for the lack of cheese on the pizza? The pizza is thinner.. it's... like they are cutting ingredients to make it cheaper and it's resulting in lower quality pizza. Domino's used to be my favoritebecause their garlic crust. Read more
Placed an order july 14th to have ready by 2:45 the 16th for a birthday party. Went to pick up my 10 pizzas at 2:45 and they... were just making them. Dont know who manages orders for take out but someone needs help. I missed alot of the party waithing onthese pizzas and its 3:25 now and still dont have my pizzas. Read more
Amazing experience ordering from the Domino?s here in Reidsville. This was my first time ordering through them and I was blown... away! I ordered two pizzas at 9:06 pm on a Friday night so I was absolutely expecting delivery to take awhile. Any time I?veordered on a Friday night in the past (from different pizza places) I?ve experienced wait times close to 1.5 or 2 hours! SomehowDomino?s managed to have my order at my doorstep in just 26 minutes... and I live on the opposite end of town! I still have noidea how this is possible! VERY quick service! Pizza arrived piping hot with beautifully gooey cheese. They did not skip out onthe toppings, either- my pizza came loaded with tons of fresh veggies and meats! The crust was cooked perfectly and everythingtasted incredible. Whoever is managing this place is doing a wonderful job. Absolutely horrible service. Food is hit or miss. I just tried to place an online order and it wouldn't go through, so I called... the store to try and place an order. This took about 30 mins. The person that answered was absolutely rude. I finally said "justforget it" and hung up. I received a call back from the same person at Dominos just to be told "nevermind" and she hung up. Irealize it's hard to get good people to work, but that whole situation was ludicrous!! They can keep their cold food. Read more
