I?m new to the area and I have eaten at a lot of good local places so far , and before I finish this review I will ask that the... people viewing take in consideration how our economy is at this time and lack of employees in establishment?s, with that beingsaid I would like to start off by saying I?ve always liked kfc?s chicken, and sides but we ordered here about a week ago and weusually cook at home during the week but me and my wife both had a extremely long day at work and decided to get some good olkfc , which quickly turned into a nightmare the chicken was far from done and we got food poisoning and missed 3 days of workrecovering, and we have big bills and our work is extremely valuable, my suggestion would to get someone in there to train afully staffed establishment to ensure things are done properly, I?m sure kfc doesn?t want their name shamed and I?m sure theowner means well but sometimes you have to do the right thing and if that means shutting down for a bit to get things runningproperly than so be it , it?s not fair to customers that get sick from poor service and miss time from work and fall back ontheir bills and so on , I am a second chance believer and always support business owners, entrepreneurs, and hard workingcitizens Read more
I have been a lover of KFC for many years and love it. However, my last two visits to the Battleground site were not very good... at all. I usually order two piece combo, and I have to say the chicken both times was unacceptable. Chicken not done andrubbery and breading soggy and not KFC crispy!!!!! Will not go back there. Read more

They mixed up everyone?s orders, and the order I had and physically opened, they just have to someone else. Sanitation wasn?t... factored in. I ordered 3 of the 6 piece Beyond Nuggets with fries and Sierra Mist, i will say I don?t think your establishmentis as professional as it should be and the nuggets definitely gave a bit of a stomach ache. My son and I ate 2 nuggets and therest were just wasted. Here?s pictures of what?s left. 1:57pm Spoke to Kaleb to try and get a refund for the food. He told me Ishould?ve came back yesterday! Horrible. Ordered 2 Nashville hots ended up with two sandwiches that could only be described as chicken sandwiches with the... thick condensed barbecue sauce slapped across it...ordered large fry ended up with a small...and small for even small..got like5 wedges maybe. This is unacceptable when shelling out 13 dollars of my money. Edit...2 year old review and this place is stillgarbage... stay away... that photo is supposed to be the Nashville hot tenders... that is not Nashville hot. Don't order doordash from this kfc they never get the order right almost always have an excuse and will even go to the extent of... locking the door so the dasher cannot pick up the order it's 730 and they don't close till 9pm yet all the doors locked and theemployees all out back by the dumpster working about the dopeman that just pulled up Read more
